Lead Baseball/Softball Instructor

DSA Founder/Owner

Andy Friess

A native of Cedarburg, WI, Coach Andy is the co-founder of Tri-Boro Diamond Sports Academy. He brings an extensive playing and coaching background to his role at DSA. Andy was a four-year varsity starter at Cedarburg High School, earning numerous awards, including All-Conference and All-State honors. Following high school, he accepted a full-scholarship to play at NAIA baseball powerhouse, Saint Xavier University (Chicago), where Andy was a four-year starter and earned Honorable Mention All-American,

All-Region and All-Conference honors as a catcher. Following a one-year stint with the Green Bay Sultans in the Prairie League of professional baseball (Ind.), Andy has focused on coaching and instructing players at all levels of competition.  From Cedarburg High School to Marian University (WI) to Attleboro Youth Baseball to SAGRA Softball, AAU baseball, and club-level softball, Andy has developed players from little league through the collegiate level and is available for baseball and softball hitting, catching and general skills lessons at DSA.

DSA Softball Pitching Instructor

Jenna Callahan

An Attleboro native and ace of the #4 ranked Attleboro High School softball team, Coach Jenna brings her talents to DSA and is excited to work with young softball pitchers. Entering her senior year at Attleboro High, Jenna is a 3-time Sun Chronicle All-Star, two-time, Hockomock Sports All-Star (First Team Pitcher), two-time Hockomock League All-Star and two-time team MVP. Coach Jenna is currently available soon for pitching lessons at DSA.

DSA Baseball Pitching Instructor

Ryan Cormier

Ryan Cormier joins DSA after pitching collegiately at Johnson & Wales as well as completing his second year of professional baseball with the the Salem Senators of the Independent Pecos League and North County Thunderbirds of the Independent Empire League. Ryan was part of 3 conference championships and made strong runs in the NCAA Division III tournament at J&W and notched 5 wins in his first professional season. He also earned 2023 Pitcher of the Year honors from the Central New England Baseball Association (CNEBA).

 

Coach Ryan is currently available for pitching lessons at DSA.

DSA Baseball Hitting, Pitching & General Skills Instructor

Aiden Hochwarter

Coach Aiden has an extensive playing background. Following a graduation and a successful baseball career at Attleboro High School, as a 2-year starter at catcher for the Bombardiers varsity program, Aiden became a member of the UMass-Dartmouth baseball program. While at Dartmouth, Coach Aiden gained experience as a catcher, utility player and pitcher, giving him a well-rounded look at baseball. Unfortunately, due to injuries, Aiden's collegiate playing career was cut short; however, he is currently putting his post-graduation plan in Computer Sciences to use as a statistics/data analyst for the UMASS-Dartmouth baseball program. Aiden has also joined the Diamonds Baseball coaching staff and will be leading our 9U Diamonds Baseball team as its head coach. Coach Aiden will be available for hitting, pitching, catching and general skills lessons at DSA.

DSA Softball Hitting & General Skills Instructor

Lola Ronayne

An Attleboro native, Coach Lola has been a standout player at the club softball level for several years. She is currently a sophomore on the Attleboro High School varsity softball team looking to build on her successful freshman season as the starting shortstop and a pitcher on the Attleboro High School varsity softball team. In 2024, Lola hit .484 with 3 HR and 24 RBI to go along with a 3-2 record and 38 strikeouts on the mound. This performance earned her recognition including Hockomock League All-Star, Sun Chronicle All-Star and Attleboro High School Rookie of the Year. Lola will be available for youth softball pitching, hitting and general skills lessons at DSA.

DSA Baseball Pitching Instructor

Jordan Paradis

DSA welcomes Jordan Paradis to our team as a baseball pitching instructor and camp staff member. A graduate of North Attleboro HS, earning Hockomock and Sun Chronicle All-Star honors on the diamond. Coach Jordan is beginning his sophomore season as a left-handed pitcher at UMass-Dartmouth, after posting a 1-0 record as freshman, where he was a member of the 2024 LEC Champion Corsairs.

DSA Softball Hitting & General Skills Instructor

Marcus Collins

Coach Marcus brings 16 years of experience coaching competitive club softball, working with athletes at every level from 10U through 18U. Marcus currently serves as the Head Coach for the Franklin Panthers JV Softball Team. Throughout his career, he has developed a reputation for combining strong fundamentals with a player-centered approach that emphasizes both skill development and confidence on the field. In addition to his high school coaching role, Marcus previously served as the Director of Training and Development for the Franklin Girls Fastpitch Association, overseeing player development and helping guide coaches throughout the organization. His coaching philosophy is rooted in teaching proper mechanics, building mental toughness, and creating an environment where players feel supported and challenged to reach their full potential.

 

Coach Marcus is available for hitting instruction and general skill lessons at DSA.
